Delivery Policy

Shipping Options & Costs

• We offer standard and express shipping across Germany and the EU.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items.

• Free shipping is available for orders over 100 EUR.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Germany: 2-5 business days

• EU countries: 3-7 business days

• Remote areas may require additional time.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs & Duties

• For EU orders, no additional customs fees apply.

• If ordering from outside the EU, local duties or taxes may be required. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Marmonix piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at gcroegaert@marmonix.de with your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
   

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
