Kaan Oval Plateau

This oval tray is perfect for organizing perfumes on the dressing table, displaying cosmetics, or serving delicate glasses. Despite the solid, heavy natural stone, the elongated curves give the form a very fluid appearance.

The piece is named after KAAN, the Mayan word for snake. Looking at the green surface, it almost seems as if a snake has glided directly through the stone, leaving its artistic traces in the material. The light veins and deep shades run unpredictably through the object.
